The current model is exclusively a freelance/commission-based partnership. There is no fixed salary, employment benefits or employment relationship of any kind. Commission values and percentages are individually agreed and formalized in a contract before any activity begins.

Not necessarily. The most important thing is to have experience in B2B commercial relationships and active networking. Technical IT knowledge is desirable, but TKMaster provides the materials and support needed for you to present solutions confidently.
Payment percentages and frequency are individually agreed and formalized in a contract before the partnership begins. In general, commission is paid upon confirmed results — client closing (Commercial) or professional placement (TA).
Yes, as long as your profile fits both roles. We evaluate case by case during the alignment conversation. Professionals with experience in both tech recruitment and commercial relationships are very welcome.
There is no exclusivity. You can freely work with other companies. The only requirement is that the opportunities brought to TKMaster must not conflict with clients you may represent under other contracts.
