After registration, your profile enters TKMaster's talent pool. When a demand compatible with your profile — stack, seniority level and availability — comes up, we contact you directly, without intermediaries. You receive the opportunity description and decide whether to move forward.
It depends on the availability of demands compatible with your profile. When there's an aligned opportunity, contact happens within 7 days. If there's nothing at the moment, your registration stays active and you're the first to know when something comes up.
No. Registration, process and referral are 100% free for the professional. TKMaster charges the client — never the placed professional.
Yes, as long as it's technically feasible and agreed upon with all clients involved. TKMaster respects your actual availability — stated during registration — and won't refer the same professional to projects with incompatible workloads.
In the current model, yes — placement is done via PJ contract. This means you need an active CNPJ to issue invoices. TKMaster guides you through the opening process if you don't have one yet. As the operation grows, other models may be considered.
Yes. Every professional placed by TKMaster has a dedicated Account Manager — your point of contact for any situation. We do regular check-ins, periodic reports and ensure you're never left without a response at any point during the project.
